At GDIT, we put our people first. As a Requirements Manager supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) modernization program, you will be trusted to work on provide senior risk management leadership and direction for large scale IT PMO.

HOW AN IT PMO REQUIREMENTS MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Creating initial program PMO requirements management plan.
  • Leading the development of requirements format.
  • Developing and managing PMO RTM process.
  • Developing and managing PMO RTM process for task orders.
  • Providing daily, weekly, & monthly reports to project directors/managers for presentation and analysis to customer.
  • Managing the backlog of requirements.
  • Overseeing updates to operational policies and procedures to fulfill customer submitted change requests.
  • Documenting change requests into requirements.
  • Capturing and storing requirements.
  • Developing standards for requirements and oversees requirements lifecycle management.
  • Ensuring implementation project requirements are aligned with contractual requirements, and that proper controls are exercised to ensure new scope items are scrutinized and accounted for correctly.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical or clinical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
  • 8+ years experience in a professional environment including significant exposure in IT requirements management.
  • Proven ability to work on a remote/distributed team.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • IIBA certification.
  • IREB certification.
  • PMP.
  • Health IT scheduling experience a plus.
  • IT Integration experience.
  • Software implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of the Indian Health Service and/or Department of Veterans Affairs environments.

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL:

  • Work visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position. / Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.

The likely salary range for this position is $106,371 – $177,632, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
