The Product Analyst is accountable for the functional design and adherence to corporate software development methodologies, as well as coordination across all technical resources throughout the lifecycle of a software development project. Secondary responsibilities include producing project artifacts, executing key project activities such as design/test management/cutover in addition to being responsible for tracking the timeline and scope of their assignment.
40% Business Analysis and Design
Lead development of requirements documentation and related specifications, documentation and business cases
Decompose, refine, and document requirements using appropriate graphical and textual techniques, including use cases, diagram, process models, wireframes, functional and technical specifications
40% Project Planning, Execution, and Delivery
Accountable for contribution to the successful delivery of Corporate and Team Member Tech software development projects as assigned
• Lead QA strategy, prep, and execution process
• Assist in preparing and managing project plan
• Oversee all project activities and phases (analysis, design, development, configuration, testing, etc.)
20% Day to Day Portfolio and Release Management and Production Support
Performs as an active member of the Corporate and Team Member Tech team responsible for day-to-day oversight of the entire suite of supported application (both on premise and hosted)
Required Skills & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
* 3-5 years’ functional experience supporting, customizing, and implementing PeopleSoft HCM modules and functionality, which may include:
Payroll, Time and Labor, Compensation, ePerformance, 3rd Party Integrations, Custom Modules, Fluid Technology, MSS and ESS
* Demonstrated understanding of basic infrastructure, information security, and systems integration concepts
* Experience gathering requirements, process mapping, and making business process recommendations as well as technical recommendations to solve business needs
Experience leading testing and communication phases of projects of varying sizes
