About the Position
The Community Impact Programs Digital Platforms Specialist supports all youth and community programs to help meet their technology needs. This position would manage, configure, and enhance the technology platforms including Salesforce and other internal systems, to help streamline workflow and processes. This role would work closely with the Community Impact team, primarily the Head of Youth Programs and the Head of Community Programs to address needs across multiple programs and platforms. This position will also help develop business requirements, implementing new technology solutions, and supporting the management of various projects. This position is ideal for an experienced IT professional with some product management experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with Community Impact program staff to obtain a thorough understanding of program functions and processes; identify growth and improvement opportunities; and define project needs
- Maintain regular communication with the community impact program
- Define and/or develop the business rules for a project and translate those into detailed workflows and requirements that are clearly documented
- Represent the program team in solution-design work groups and assist in the prioritization of projects
- Work with the Community Impact program team and the Strategic, Planning, and Analytics team to support the development of project plans
- Meticulously test all products and ensure quality of all project deliverables
- Interface and work with all teams to plan and execute project rollout, including creating and implementing training and evaluation materials, and developing and executing a proactive communication plan for system enhancements and updates
- Oversee the, maintenance, and technical support of the systems by reviewing, prioritizing, and assigning incoming requests and troubleshooting/fixing system issues to resolution or escalation
- Work with and/or manage contractors as required from project to project
- Support the data collection and reporting needs of the organization by ensuring data from the systems can be clearly communicated through reports and dashboards
- Maintain data integrity and yearly anonymization along with other data compliance requirements
- Perform other tasks as needed by supervisor
- Build product vision for systems and maintain multi-year roadmaps
- Create and maintain documentation for systems, both UI and technical
Job Requirements:
Skills and Attributes:

- Solid oral and written communications skills with ability to interface effectively with both program and IT staff
- Initiative to work independently while simultaneously maintaining a team focus
- Organization and efficiency, with proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to supervise staff and delegate work
Experience:
- 6+ years of related work experience
- Experience related to defining and articulating business requirements, developing IT systems, or improving program efficiency.
- Experience with Salesforce implementation strongly desired
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules)
- Experience implementing and maintaining Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
- Salesforce Lightning experience preferred but not required
- Experience using project management software
Education:
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Master’s degree in related field a plus

Salary: $75,000 – $80,000/year
