Johnson & Johnson Technology is recruiting for a Technology Leader to lead the technology enablement for a new CAR-T therapy within the Johnson & Johnson Advanced Therapies Supply Chain (ATSC).

The Johnson & Johnson ATSC team is an end-to-end pharmaceutical supply chain dedicated to accelerating new technology platforms. We deliver on our pipeline of transformational medicines in cell & gene therapy, radiopharmaceuticals, and new vaccines.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with deep technical experience and solid grasp of Supply Chain Technologies in this exciting and innovative field of medicine!
As a steward of innovation, you are leading a technical team through planning and execution of a sophisticated transactional and data architecture. You are responsible for the development and implementation of standard technology template that enables personalized medicine with seamless and fully paperless interaction between internal and external supply chain nodes. You deliver the technical setup for the integration of a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO). You will provide the initial IT input for the design of new internal manufacturing facilities and then lead the team through construction, commissioning, qualification to clinical and commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own execution of the technology plan and overall IT architecture. Timely deliver the construction of new manufacturing facilities. Ensure seamless integration with key partners in R&D and Commercial, ensuring overall system integrity.
- Develop an integrated strategy across all technology products. Incorporate AT industry standard methodologies & lessons to speed up therapy launch & scale-up in alignment with SC business goals. Prioritize key capabilities and features and ensure release plans are aligned with business priorities. Ensure all releases are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain positive relationship with key business partners in Advanced therapies, including Partnerships and External Supply, Vein to Vein, Plan, Procurement, External Quality and Legal business leaders
- Own the IT-to-IT engagement with external manufacturing/SC partners.
- Leverage / adapt existing capabilities and strategic programs in other technology platforms and accelerate the technology delivery for AT.
- Own the overall budget and schedule and drive teams towards execution, so we can successfully bring this new therapy to our patients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business or other meaningful experience
- 8+ years of relevant IT and strong leadership experience is required
- Proven experience in technical program/project management, preferably in a Supply Chain and/or CAR-T environment.
- Experience in technology integrations and program delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with partners
- Demonstrated ability to lead and empower team members
Preferred:
- Knowledge of autologous cell therapy manufacturing is highly preferred
Expected Salary Range: $142,000 – $244,950
