IT Service Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Delivers professional activities in the IT Support job family with a focus on IT Services.
  • Develops effective relationships with business units, divisions or groups of users.
  • Ensures required IT services are identified, developed and supported to the satisfaction of the business unit/division.
  • Provides support and maintains service level agreements.
  • Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas.
  • Provides standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analyses for review.
  • May provide guidance, coaching, and direction to more junior members of the team in IT Services.

Requirements:

  • Service Now or any service management platform experience
  • Ability to follow an SOP
  • Attention to detail
  • Any College Degree PREFERRED or equivalent experience

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)

  • The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $24.00/hour-$32.00/hour
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met)
