Responsibilities:
- Delivers professional activities in the IT Support job family with a focus on IT Services.
- Develops effective relationships with business units, divisions or groups of users.
- Ensures required IT services are identified, developed and supported to the satisfaction of the business unit/division.
- Provides support and maintains service level agreements.
- Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas.
- Provides standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analyses for review.
- May provide guidance, coaching, and direction to more junior members of the team in IT Services.
Requirements:
- Service Now or any service management platform experience
- Ability to follow an SOP
- Attention to detail
- Any College Degree PREFERRED or equivalent experience
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
- The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $24.00/hour-$32.00/hour
