Description

What Will You Be Doing?
- Manage assigned employees and the performance of Client Services projects, daily activities, and team assignments.
- Manage implementation of compliance efforts and ensures reporting and tracking of compliance requirements.
- Maintain inventory, inventory levels, and asset management of company desktop and laptop environments.
- Oversee front line support for company systems and users; act as escalation point for issues or priority problems.
- Oversee hardware compliance requirements, accounts management, and imaging / distribution of hardware.
- Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
- Participate as part of a cross functional team in the development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
- Adhere to IT guidelines and utilizes proven solutions to remediate end-user technology issues.
- Provide IT project support and / or leadership on IT special projects, as assigned.
- Train and mentor less experienced personnel; imparts industry knowledge and best practice ideas.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience required.
- 8-12 years of actual on the job experience required.
- 6+ years of experience with PC hardware and software configuration in a networked environment.
- IT Management experience required.
- Ability to lead, participate, and manage projects and efforts with cross-functional IT and non-IT members from start to finish, including the identification of the need and solution options.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and how they impact users.
- Advanced knowledge of computer and operating systems technologies.
- Understanding of data communications systems and
- Extensive experience in TCP / IP Networking and DNS.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $87,900 – $101,900 annually.
