DATA ANALYST-CALL CENTER OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather requirements, determine scope, data analysis, and potential data query and testing.
- Solid understanding of workflow and data relationships from source systems.
- Understanding business data needs and translating those requirements into effective reporting, visualization, and actionable insights.
- Create ad hoc analysis as requested by management.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results accurately and on time.
- Develop and run data queries from core source systems as well as learn and utilize report writing skills using Structure Query Language (SQL) and Excel.
- Assist the Senior Data Analysts in daily functions, including Ad Hoc data pulls, updating excel files, model performance/health, and SSRS reports.
- Ensure data integrity and utilize knowledge of course system data to gather information needed in order to meet project goals and ad-hoc analysis.
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns from complex data sets pertaining to client services inbound activity.
- Periodically present and report on activities, and immediately on significant issues.
- Assist in identifying and analyzing key performance metrics across client services teams.
DATA ANALYST-CALL CENTER OPERATIONS QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or similar fields
- 3+ yrs. Call Center work experience w/familiarity in Call Center metrics and KPIs
- 2+ yrs. of experience in the following areas:
- Working w/SQL, including writing T-SQL quires and SSRS
- Navigating data analysis tools (SAS, R, or Python)
- Building visualizations in BI platforms (Tableau, SSRS)
- Experience with Power Query and/or integrating MSSQL and MS Office
- Financial industry experience w/basic knowledge of loan lifecycles and interest-bearing products a plus
- Excellent organizational and time/task management skills
- Self-starter with ability to perform with little or no supervision
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under a full workload with aggressive deadlines
- Solid communication skills and experience working with many levels of an organization

- Must have reasonable commute due to some in-office requirements

- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (Flexible)

- Up to $80k annually, Starting pay Based on Experience
