Essential Duties:
Ensure a high level of service to SuperCare’s corporate and branch office users by leading an IT support team. Use technology and best practices to protect company assets and data. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while dealing with frequent interruptions and working in a high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems and assist with telephone calls, emails, and personal requests for technical support.
- Track and monitor the user requests to ensure a timely resolution.
- Maintain IT support related documentation (procedures and topology).
- Analyze, troubleshoot and maintain software and hardware.
- Will administer orientation functions concerning the IT department and train employees on basic functions of applications.
- Will be able to administer user account information including rights, security, and system groups.
- Will be required to be “on call” during certain rotation schedules (evenings, weekends, or holidays).
Skills and Requirements:
- Must be able to troubleshoot various types of software and hardware systems.
- Must have solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have a good understanding of computer networks and security.
- Must have a high familiarity with mobile devices.
- Will report to a manager or as part of a team, but must be able to exercise reasonable judgment and work independently.
- Results oriented and self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of IT projects and deliver them on time.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT related areas
- Preferred minimum of 2 years experience managing IT and/or operations projects
- Training/License/Certification preferred: courses in SQL, Excel, Project Mgmt
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
