IT Support Specialist (Temp-Hire)

Responsibilities:

    • Problem diagnostics, fault analysis and repair across various devices, including computers, monitors, conference equipment, printers, wireless access points, badge access systems, and security cameras.
    • Onboarding / offboarding (accounts creation/termination, hardware/software setup, introduction to company policies and rules)
    • Equipment purchasing/tracking/maintenance.
    • Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
    • Systems asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.
    • Help IT lead and other teams with projects
    • Provide Tier 1 desktop support, both onsite and remote, in the following areas:
    • Windows Operating Systems
    • Desktop computers and laptops, hardware setup/maintenance, OS imaging, upgrades, patching
    • Network and local printers
    • Monitor helpdesk tickets
    • Assist users with password-related issues
    • Assist users with badge access

Requirements:

    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
    • 1-3 years of experience as an IT support specialist.
    • Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
    • In-depth knowledge of OS, computer hardware, and software.
    • Basic knowledge of networks.
    • Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
    • Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.

$36 – $54 an hour

Consistent with applicable laws, an employee’s pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location. Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed. Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position’s total compensation package. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonuses, stock and employee benefits including but not limited to PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, dental & vision insurance, life & disability insurance and a 401k plan. Additional details on the compensation package and employee benefits offerings will be provided to candidates during the interview process.
