You’re Excited About US Because You Will…
-Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot problems with different software packages, hardware devices, and other peripherals.
-Respond to requests from guests and team members for technical support. Some examples may include hardware/software problems with corrective procedures, the use of diagnostic tools and troubleshooting processes to determine if problems are due to equipment, and perform repairs and/or rebuilds broken equipment.
-Assist technology users with the implementation, maintenance, and use of hardware and software packages. Including assistance to guests with support and troubleshooting use of technology such as phones, video conferencing, teleconferencing, internet access, etc.
-Install and configure hardware devices, software packages, and peripheral equipment according to company policies.
We’re Excited About YOU Because…
-You have earned a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience. You may even have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is desired.
-You have at least two years of technical support experience in a similar role. Experience includes supporting computers (Mac and PC) in a networked environment including iPhone, iPad, and Android.
You have a working knowledge of networking hardware including Network interface (NIC) cards, switches, and cabling; fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment used at the property.
-You are willing and able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Work schedules will include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
The expected hourly rate for this position is $19.00 – $20.00. The actual rate offered will be at the sole discretion of the company and determined by relevant experience, qualifications, and skillset of the final candidate. A full-time team member in this role is eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, educational reimbursement, and paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
