Title: IT Business Systems Analyst
Location: Sacramento, CA (Rancho Cordova).
Duration: 6-7 month contract, with possible extension
Compensation: $40-55/hr W2
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
SUMMARY
- This is for our Government client in Sacramento (Rancho Cordova CA).
- Must work on site 100% of time, Mon – Frid.
Required Experience:
- Minimum three (3) years full-time progressional experience in a social services agency conducting public assistance eligibility determination using automated systems including CaLWIN and MEDS.
- At least one (1) year must have included responsibility for research and resolution of problems with cases in an automated system such as CaLWIN, and CalHEERS.
- Must have familiarity with Service Desk software products.
- Prefer Service Now and Jira Knowledge.
- A BSA with the knowledge of the CalWIN application and benefit programs is a strong candidate who’s able to review the case data and figure out a resolution to the issue submitted by the end user (if it’s an end user error). Not looking for BSA skill set such as SDLC or project management. Second level HD support for us.
Desired Experience:
- Experience with CalWORKS, Cal Fresh, and Medi-Cal is desirable
