The Enrollment Management Department is currently seeking an IT Technical Associate to support, maintain, and utilize various student systems and ancillary products and services that contribute to Enrollment Management initiatives and goals.
The role assists with the development of enrollment reports and analyses used in the implementation and monitoring of effective recruitment and retention processes and communications. The individual in the position will master the use of Banner Student Information System, Radius, National Student Clearinghouse Student Tracker, Starfish, Signal Vine, Lightcast, Cascade and other data resources to provide the Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management and other Enrollment Management units with data necessary for decision-making, problem-solving, and assessment of short- and long-range Enrollment Management goals and priorities.
The successful candidate will attain proficiency in the University’s suite of reporting and data analysis tools, including but not limited to Argos, Constant Contact, Qualtrics, Power BI, Financial Aid Leveraging services, MS Access and Excel, and any emergent technologies acquired by the University.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, IT Management, Programming, IT Systems or field related to the position
or
3 years of experience with the creation (writing the code) of data reports and
3 years experience in the analysis of data from relational database systems (can be concurrent with above)
or
3 years experience in maintaining or designing a contact management system or communication platform (example Constant Contact) and
3 years experience in the analysis of data from relational database systems (can be concurrent with above)
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree Information Technology, IT Management, Programming, IT Systems or field related to the position
Experience working in higher education
3+ yrs working with Banner Student Information System and/or Communication management system
5+ yrs working in research based position or applicable experience
Competency in MS Access, SQL, HTML and statistical software such as R
3+ years working in Enrollment Management with an emphasis in Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid or Retention/Student Success
2+ yrs working with Business Analytical Tools & visualizations such as Power BI
Implementation of CRM, texting software, or other data management system.
