• The main focus of this role is to plan, design, develop, deliver and support high quality, innovative and efficient IT infrastructure in support of the business. This individual will apply proven communication, customer service, technical, analytical and problem-solving skills to succeed. The end goal is to utilize existing or innovative new technologies to help business partners achieve their objectives.
• Responsible for implementing technologies that meet Safran security and technology standards
• Responsible for developing local implementation plans for technical projects in line with the Safran standards
• Ensure adherence to the PMO standards and guidelines for all assigned projects in order to achieve on-time, on-budget and on-quality project delivery targets
• Maintain, monitor and support Avaya PBX, Netapp NAS/SAN, Firewalls, Network Switching (Cisco), Fiber Channel switching, VMWARE and Windows Servers
• Maintain, monitor and support industrial network working in conjunction with the Industrial IT team
• Maintain and support legacy shop floor MES applications such as Tiscam
• Provide Tier 2 / 3 escalation support for local Service Desk
• Experience with maintaining and supporting legacy Lotus Notes systems is desired but not mandatory
• Ensure adherence to all global, regional and local security requirements
• Review security requirements (related to equipment/software) to ensure the latest security vulnerabilities are mitigated
• Participate in maintaining a robust backup and disaster recovery plan
• Participate in IT / IS process management activities
• Support documentation and testing of all assigned Internal controls
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

• • An accredited University degree, preferred in IT, IS, Computer Science/ Business, with a minimum of 5 years related experience Minimum of five years experience in related manufacturing
• 5+ years hands-on experience with infrastucture technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, Firewall, Windows Servers, NAS and SAN
• 5+ years experience in project and portfolio management
• 3+ years of IT security / regulatory compliance experience. Knowledge of ITAR regulalations and CMMC is an asset
• 1+ years of vendor management experience
• Experience with SCCM
• Experience interacting with senior mangement
• Experience with executing cloud strategy (AWS, M365 and Azure experience)
• Knowledge of IoT, Data Analytics, VR / AR and other new technologies coupled with the ability to create strategy for deployment of these technologies for creating business value
• Experience with developing strategies to support Business Process/technology evolution.
• Management of full lifecycles of technologies (hardware/software) and service delivery processes.
• Proven problem solving skills.
• Manufacturing, Engineering, Aerospace and / or Automotive Industry experience.
• French language is a desirable asset
