Overview

The IV Implementation Specialist will be an integral member of the team to transition IV dispensing to Framework LTC for over 100 of PharMerica’s pharmacies across the nation. This role will conduct gap analysis and provide insight to develop processes and reporting to modernize the pharmacy software for enhanced efficiency.

This is a REMOTE position with 50% travel, supporting out clients.

Responsibilities
Product Support and Training. Provide support and training to pharmacy locations during implementation stages.
Documentation. Maintain highly organized documentation regarding each pharmacy and keep project management tool(s) up to date. Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings; take and distribute detailed notes.
Provide Feedback. Consult frequently and regularly with pharmacy leaders to discern best practices and advise on specifics related to implementation. Relay information discovered by yourself or feedback submitted by pharmacies about software or associated workflows.
Standardization. Understand and educate others on the importance of company’s data standards and workflow best practices.
Communicate and Monitor. Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating tact, diplomacy and accuracy. Comfortable with setting clear deadlines and ensuring adherence to timeline.
Plan and Coordinate. Schedule implementation, go-live and follow-up meetings for assigned pharmacy locations. Identify needs and implement plans to ensure deliverables are met by deadlines. Comfortable with multi-tasking and coordinating ongoing projects at multiple sites.

Qualifications

Required
• 3+ years as a Pharmacy Technician or working in a pharmacy
• Ability to teach others concepts in systems or processes
• Proven ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, with strong emotional intelligence
• Demonstrated track record of excellence working independently and within a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and easily adaptable to new technology
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
• This position will require 30-50% travel to support transitions

Additional Job Information

Preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or project management related fields
• 1-3 years software project coordination/implementation experience in a client-facing environment or corporate support role
• 2+ years Long-Term Care experience or healthcare software knowledge
• Knowledge of SCS or Framework LTC
• 2+ years training, teaching or supervisory experience
