Ivy Achieves Program Coordinator

General Description of Position:

The Ivy Achieves Program Coordinator positively impacts student success by working with a high impact initiative at Ivy Tech Community College Systems Office. This position will assist with the coordination and implementation of several aspects of the Ivy Achieves program, a grant-funded, state-wide initiative designed to provide students with the support they need to navigate college life successfully. This position works with the Executive Director for Student Success and Ivy Achieves in managing stakeholder relationships across the state, implementing internal operational processes, and coordinating event and program logistics.

This is a grant-funded position. There is no guarantee of employment beyond the grant period, which ends December 31, 2024. Should the grant period be extended, the employment may be extended to the end of the extended grant period. This extension is not guaranteed.

Major Responsibilities:

Schedule meetings, virtually and in-person, with campus and community stakeholders, including scheduling rooms, setting up Zoom links, and updating calendars with the appropriate information.

Provide event planning and implementation support for in-person and virtual trainings and meetings.

Coordinate and attend campus site visits as needed to provide programmatic support.

Arrange appropriate access to and training on all technology systems and platforms utilized by Ivy Achieves Campus Leads.

Gather and maintain information for grant reporting purposes according to specific deadlines.

Manage the Ivy Achieves mini-grant proposal project process with each Campus Lead.

Track expenses and work with the Director of Administrative Support on processing grant-funded purchases.

Update and maintain digital resources and tool kits.

Provide general administrative, operational, and programmatic support under the guidance of the Executive Director for Student Success and Ivy Achieves.

Minimum Qualifications:

A minimum of an Associate’s degree with 1-3 years of relevant work experience required.

Must be skilled in Office 365 Outlook Email and Calendars.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently is required.

Must demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills.

$45,000 – $50,000 Annualized
