Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is recruiting for a JJT Cutover Manager E2E position, located in Titusville, NJ. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $113,000- $195,500.

We are looking for a strong leader that can craft our cutover strategy and own the successful planning and execution of cutovers. This role will be an active member of the Innovative Medicines Supply Chain JJT team, driving global harmonized cutover practices and implementation of process improvements and innovative technologies to improve cutover efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a Comprehensive Cutover Strategy aligned with program objectives, timelines, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate creation of Detailed Cutover Plans with systems, tasks, resources and success metrics clearly identified.
- Train project team members on the program cutover methodology and drive effective and consistent use of Project Cutover Tools.
- Lead a Team of cutover leads and cross-functional resources, providing guidance and support across program deployments.
- Conduct detailed testing and validation of cutover procedures to proactively identify and resolve potential challenges.
- Lead all aspects of Cutover Readiness and the execution of Mock and Production Cutover plans.
- Report on Cutover Progress, issues and risks to team members and senior management.
- Drive quick Resolution of Issues to minimize downtime and mitigate business impacts.
- Pilot and embrace new technologies that drive improvements in cutover processes (e.g., automation, generative artificial intelligence).
Qualifications
Education:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience required. MA/MS/MBA preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Minimum of 8 years related experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant cutover leadership experience, preferably in SAP implementations.
- Solid understanding of cutover methodologies, toolsets and standard processes.
- Strong technical competence with expertise in data migration, system integrations, and infrastructure transitions.
- Project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and implement complex cutover activities.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven track record of influencing/collaborating to get to desired results.
- Analytical approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA or other ERP systems.
- People management experience, inclusive of developing, mentoring, and coaching.
- Experience in the Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare and/or Medical Technology industries.
- Experience in a large-scale program driving business transformation.
- Certifications in areas of expertise (e.g., PMP, APICS, ISTQB, Lean, Six Sigma, Process Excellence, etc.).
Other:
- Must be proficient in English language in both written and verbal format.
- Travel required up to 25%, national or international.
