Position Summary

The Jr. IT Project Manager is responsible for assisting in managing multiple projects within the constraints of scope, quality, and time, to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction. The right candidate will be enthusiastic, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. The project work will include requirement gathering, status reporting and documentation. The Jr. IT Project Manager will work closely with the dedicated IT Operations Team, IT Solutions Architecture Team, and Information Security Compliance Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create project plans with-in the project management application
  • Provide timely project updates
  • Set and deliver personal objectives for the year
  • Agree and deliver milestones in accordance with project plans agreed with stakeholders
  • Continually working with project stakeholders to ensure successful project completion with agreed timescales and deliverables
  • Ensure all project requirements and objectives are properly documented and followed.
  • Provide regular updates to the Project Management Team
  • Assist the Project Management team with administrative Project Tasks
  • Produce technical and project management documentation
  • Establish agendas and clear follow-ups from all meetings
  • Partner with stakeholders across internal teams to support resource management.
  • Manage scope throughout the project duration. Maintains accurate program estimates, project plans, timelines, and status reports
  • Identify issues and risks and work with accountable owners to address the items promptly
  • KPI, Dashboard analysis

Desired Skills & Experience

  • One year of technical and/or project experience
  • Goal-oriented and action-focused with strong time management, multi-tasking, project planning, delegation, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to plan, monitor, and deliver projects in a timely manner
  • Adaptability to shift priorities, demands, and tasks
  • Ability to develop solid professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
  • Required PC proficiency and expertise with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with Project Management Tools (e.g., ASANA, Monday.com, MS Project)

The salary range for this position is $62,500 to $65,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
