General Purpose
The primary focus of this position is to assist the Burlington City Arts’ Design Director in producing and delivering various forms of marketing collateral.

Essential Job Functions
- Assist the Design Director in creating print and digital marketing assets, including reformatting existing design and textual concepts to repurpose for marketing, communications, and promotional assets as needed
- Manage, organize, and deliver promotional assets as instructed by the Design Director.
Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements
- Ability to actively support City diversity, equity, and cultural competency efforts within stated job responsibilities and work effectively across diverse cultures and constituencies.
- Ability to create original designs as-needed
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion as evidenced by ongoing trainings and professional development.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work in a faced-paced environment and deliver multiple assets rapidly
- Must have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
- Must have direct content creation/production design experience
- Must be familiar with HTML
- Must be familiar with MS Office Suite
- Must be able to work independently as well as with a broad team
- Animation experience is a plus
This role would be responsible for reformatting existing design concepts to repurpose for marketing, communications, and promotional assets as needed, including but not limited to: print and digital ads; email marketing campaigns; web; physical signage; catalogs; social posts; and swag.
