What is this role all about?
The Junior IT Specialist (Help Desk) is a self-starting technology whiz that works with the IT team to support a fast-moving company. This is an onsite position based out of Miami, FL (Coconut Grove area).

- Managing and updating office equipment
- Support in workflow evaluation and improvement
- Install software, maintain, and introduce training as needed
- Maintain and secure passwords, file system security, and data integrity for desktop environment
- Special projects as assigned

- Prior education and/or experience in computer science or other IT related position
- Experience with both Mac and PC equipment and operating systems
- Bonus points if you have experience working with any of these programs: Microsoft Office 365, Azure, QuickBooks, Infusionsoft, Zoho CRM, Zoom, Acuity Scheduling, and Asana
- Strong organizational skills and being able to prioritize continuously
- Technically savvy
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding time management skills are a MUST
