Job Description
The GO Creative PowerPoint Presentation Specialist role is responsible for supporting a wide range of presentations, using various collateral materials to develop presentations in support of firm approved PowerPoint and Word Templates.
This position reports ONSITE in our Phoenix, AZ location.
Shift: Sunday-Thursday 3:00 PM – 11:30 Pm
Position Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality pitch books, presentations, and client memoranda
- Import and revise graphics files as necessary, including conversion of legacy documents to newer formats
- Create and edit multi-page/multi-section documents using templates and style sheets for pitchbooks, graphs, charts, presentations, and other print/design projects for internal and external use
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in terms of aesthetics
- Collaborate with team members on complex or special projects
- Maintain all job and production tracking data via a propriety RRD Tracking tool
- Coordinate workflow within the team, including prioritizing jobs and delegating duties to associates
- Monitor workflow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines
- Assess incoming requests selecting the best resources for successful completion
- Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
- Train new employees on policies and procedures
- Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.
- May assist with monthly metrics and reporting
- Examples of presentation work to be perform may include Continuing Legal Education, Law School Recruiting, Attorney Recruiting, Law Firm Requests for Proposals, Litigation and Transactional Practice Support, Confidential Complex and High-Stakes Case Analysis, Legal Market Analysis to Support Firm Awards & Accolades and Social Media & Marketing

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in area of business, or equivalent experience required
- At least 2 years of professional presentation or graphic design experience
- High proficiency knowledge of PowerPoint
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Experience with Visio is a plus
- Experience with charting in excel
- Preference for experience in the legal field, with software exposure such as Litera, DocXtools, iManage Works
The national pay range for this role is $43900- $77200 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
