Junior Production Designer (DC Analyst)

The Consulting Marketing Team is looking for a talented, junior production designer at the enabling Consulting level to assist in the creation of marketing and sales enablement materials. You’ll work with people all over the company to make sure our brand shines through in everything from sales sheets to digital ads to event booths. Speed, precision, and design excellence are the name of your game.
What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
- Work closely with internal clients
- Supports design across Adobe CC Suite, PowerPoint presentations, prospectiveclient pitches, and sales enablement materials
- Brainstorms creative concepts, with guidance from an Art Director
- Design digital ads, email banners, web assets, infographics, and other digital marketing assets
- Design printed brochures, post cards, pop up banners, trade show booth signage, and other marketing materials on an as needed basis
- Prepare files for video and print production as needed
- Help maintain and update PowerPoint, POV, case study, visual identity guidelines, and other self-service templates
- Help contribute to other custom deliverables (e.g. swag, data visualizations) on an as needed basis

What we require: (Requirements)
- A portfolio of relevant experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience (internships or externships are OK)
- A Bachelor or Associates degree in graphic design
- A well-rounded knowledge of design layout, principals, and techniques
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint
- Strong typography
- Strong knowledge of infographics
- Strong knowledge of brand
- Comfortable working in a Mac environment with Microsoft products

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $53,000-$97,000.
