Serco supports the U.S. Navy by providing highly relevant and specialized High Altitude Electromagnectic Pulse (H.E.M.P.) upgrade experience covering the globe. The Junior PM will support the program’s Senior PM as a deputy to achieve the program’s mission.

In this role, you will:
- Manage project(s) and related task orders for customer(s) with a high level of technical expertise.
- Oversee and ensure successful execution of day-to-day tasking
- Be the in person interface with the local government customer
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- High school diploma/GED and 5+ years’ of project management experience
- 3+ years’ experience with Tempest and/or HEMP requirements
- An active DoD Secret clearance
Additional desired experience & skills:
- Bachelors or masters degree
- Current PMP certification
- 7+ years’ project management experience

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $91,000 to $182,000; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
