Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute:

We are looking for Customer Service driven Team Members who want to create a Best-In-Class experience for our Customers! In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Team as a Sales Support Agent assisting Customers who have recently purchased vehicles. Pay Range $16-$20.
- Assist Customers with setting up and understanding their vehicle features.
- Ensure all vehicle equipment is present.
- Proactively prepare for all deliveries.
- Follow work plan; make phone calls to Customers, provided to you by the Vehicle Exchange Specialist.
- Assist in Customer Satisfaction Surveys follow-up phone calls.
- Inspect inventory for accuracy.
- Restock inventory.
Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful:
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
- Great computer/technology skills.
- Operate a motor vehicle cautiously and safely when moving in all directions (driving forward, backing up, and turning).
- High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail oriented.
- Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
