About This Position
Monday through Friday 7:00am -2:00pm
This position requires you to use your own car and reimburses $.58/mile
The Delivery Associate is responsible for delivery of daily hot meals to seniors. The Home Delivery Driver will assist in loading and unloading delivery goods, driving to and from delivery destinations and assist in passing out meals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of duties to assist with meal preparation, meals service, and clean up.
- Transport meals to homebound seniors
- Maintain a clean driving record and auto insurance. Provide proof when
requested. - Meals to be delivered regardless of weather conditions.
- Keep a proper log of mileage and submit each pay period.
- Perform such other duties as may be required
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- One (1) year experience in delivering products/inventory preferred
- Valid state driver’s license for assigned vehicles is required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong team orientation
- Ability to pass motor vehicle record check
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) Company or Facility background check as well as drug screening as required by the client
