L3 Sales Operations Analyst

Cognizant is a large IT services provider that specializes in leveraging modern technologies for various clients. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will have a key role in ensuring that our client meets their sales goals. This role is 100% onsite in San Jose. Relocation is not available for this role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support client programs focused on implementation and troubleshooting of cross channel account assignments and company/agency hierarchy requests
  • Ownership and execution of day-to-day operational queues and special projects effectively and in a timely manner
  • Help drive performance accountability to ensure SLAs are consistently met or exceeded
  • Manage user escalations and work with client partners and cross functional teams to deliver timely and complete solutions
  • Be the ‘frontline’ of support to onsite / offshore teams, helping answer questions and resolve issues blocking resolution of customer requests
  • Lead weekly internal team meetings to discuss workflow improvements and to address team questions and operational barriers.
  • Work within the client’s internal support platform to implement customer requests and troubleshoot issues
  • Be a subject matter expert for rules and processes pertaining to data governance, reactive workflows and help maintain training material and process documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes effectiveness and efficiency and assist in the delivery of improvements to team workflows.
  • Performing impact and Root cause analysis and analyze issue trends & prepare summary for stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4-7 Yrs of experience in Sales Operations or Strategic Operations or similar roles
  • Education: Bachelors in any discipline
  • Ability to step into a lead role that helps customers and team members navigate internal workstreams
  • Proactive, flexible and uses good judgment and problem solving to accomplish tasks on schedule with minimal direction and supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Ability to work across time zones in a fast-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Digital advertising, Customer support, Project management skills, Stakeholder management skills
  • Adept proficiency in SQL
  • Experience/knowledge of Google Ads space
  • Experience managing vendor programs and identifying and executing process improvements.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and collaborating with others to find efficient solutions

Hourly Rate and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $36.05 – $40.86 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
