In this exciting new role you will plan and coordinate a wide variety of SaaS projects from initiation to delivery.
Position may be 100% Remote within the US.
Responsibilities:
- Plans diverse projects that involve a combination of SaaS programs and upgrades, and/or deployments
- Develops detailed project plans for a wide variety of projects and manages their implementation through resources assigned, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, and training
- Coordinates work performed by staff and internal customers/partners based on project requirements and performs feasibility and needs/impact assessments
- Delivers projects on-time and within budget constraints, addresses routine resource, timing or project changes directly and escalating more complex issues
- Works with multiple functions or departments such as learning teams, product managment, and PMO
- Works with Managers to coordinate, process improve, and measure deliverables
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 5 years’ of experience
- Advanced analytical skills
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Zebra SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with ALM and NSI, risk assessment and service design
- Experience developing new systems and tools
- Knowledge of Agile and NPI processes
- Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures
- Broad knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications
- Demonstrated technical experience
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting
- Experience with end user issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively on projects
- Demonstrated Project Management skills
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
- Advanced Degree preferred

Salary: USD 89900.00 – USD 134900.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
