Job Description
Maintains resort building and grounds by performing routine preventive maintenance duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for helping to maintain a clean and well-groomed landscape in all areas.
Trimming trees and shrubs and trees.
Help with weeding, edging, fertilizing, mulching and planting flowers.
Must possess basic knowledge of plants and capable of filling out daily work reports.
Repair irrigation system as needed

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
