We are looking for someone who can deliver learning and development solutions that meet a broad range of needs and continuously drive excellence and engagement across the organization. We are currently seeking an L&D systems administrator to streamline, implement, and scale new and existing L&D programs for employees at all levels. This role is critical to the successful scaling and maintenance of world-class learning and development programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain training reports for regular consumption of field operations.
- Execute data quality checks focused on completeness and standardization on training records while minimizing duplicity.
- Use learning management systems to create automated assignments, assessments, and evaluations to track the effectiveness of L&D Training Programs/Initiatives.
- Interpret learning requirements and translate those requirements into a workable framework of events, materials and programs on the LMS platform.
- Upload course materials, including configuration of functionality such as complex curricula, cohorts, communications, surveys, reports, and notifications.
- Perform testing to ensure programs function properly once launched.
- Troubleshoot and root-cause systems-based training issues
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
