What you’ll do:
- Perform a variety of responsible and complex clerical tasks including formatting and/or filing staff testimony, staff recommendations, and administrative reports.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements.
- Complete expense reports for staff.
- Set up webinars and workshops.
- Position may require occasional in- and out-of-state travel.
All you need for success:
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from high school and four years of responsible secretarial experience including one year at an advanced level or two years above the entry level.
- A current documented typing score of 55 net words per minute must be on file or verified through a testing process (typing test located on PSC internet page “Typing Test – Lead Administrative Support Assistant”).
- Personal computer experience, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and specific experience in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe required.
- Must be customer and team focused with the ability to work harmoniously with others at all levels of the Agency.
- Excellent proofreading and grammatical skills.
- Experience using teleconferencing applications (e.g. Zoom and WebEx) preferred.
- Familiarity with legal terms and concepts preferred.
