As a Lead Analyst within the Training and Awareness Program at XPO, you will be responsible for providing continuous outreach and security-related training to our end users with the ultimate goal of treating and reducing the impact of human risk associated with the use of technology. You will be responsible for leading a team of security and awareness specialists and maturing the sophistication of the program.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead development and implementation of an effective Information Security Training and Awareness program at XPO to reduce the risk to the enterprise
- Strategic vision and oversight of efforts to continue to build a global security awareness program
- Fulfill the enterprise requirement for information security awareness end-user training:
- Creation of curriculums
- Planning and managing training rollout out
- New training creation
- Troubleshooting end-user issues
- Manage training completion BoD and RMC metrics / follow-up process
- Enhance our awareness program (through Workplace and onsite technology capabilities)
- Establish program to reduce malicious clickers and improve the security posture
- Measure the effectiveness of the program through data/metrics analysis
- Create and manage weekly phishing campaigns and associated training for click-users
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 4 years of experience in information security related topics and creation and administration of a security training and awareness program
- 3 years of experience in a training related position
- Experience with simulated phishing programs and tools
- Experience with data analysis, documentation, and reporting
It’d be great if you also have:
- SANS Security Awareness Professional (SSAP) certification
- Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment
- Experience managing and deploying simulated phishing campaigns
- Familiarity with creating and uploading content into an LMS platform
- Experience in Executive communications
- Familiarity with training / phishing platforms such as KnowB4, Cofense, ProofPoint etc.

Employees are paid within a salary range based on their experience, skill set, and market.
Colorado annual salary range: $112,562 to $140,702
New York annual salary range: $117,922 to $147,402
California annual salary range: $123,282 to $154,102
Washington State annual salary range: $117,922 to $147,402
Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set (e.g., if an applicant far exceeds the minimum and preferred qualifications for the role).
