Position Description:

We are looking for a Lead Application Support Engineer to join our onshore application support team! As the Lead, you will manage the Integrated Voice Recognition application and Avaya voice portal applications for a banking client. The infrastructure is associated with other third-party call center technologies like Verint system. You will be a part of a team-oriented and collaborative environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Developing and Supporting Mix and Experience in Installation and configurations
• Integrating IVR applications with database and Web Services
• Supporting IVR Systems like Avaya Voice Portal and Voice Portal Management System Configurations.
• Supporting Call Center Technologies like Nice, Verint System.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting the Avaya and Genesys Call Routing system.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 3 years of Experience in Avaya IVR Development, Configuring and troubleshooting IVR applications and Configuring Voice Portal Management Systems
• Experience with Verint Systems is a huge plus!
• Experience in voice applications on Avaya Platform like Avaya Dialog Designer, Avaya Voice Portal/Experience Portal.
• Understanding of Call Vectors and deployment of Call Flows.
• Knowledge of integrating IVR with telephony interfaces (ACD and Genesys CTI).
• Experience with Linux, Unix, Genesys CTI and Oracle DB.
• Deep technical, logical, and analytical skills.
• Ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly.
• Ability to translate an idea or need into a completed solution or work product.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $84,000 – $198,400.
