Our Supportive Living team is searching for a.The lead Concierge will operate a multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate Team Members. The lead Concierge is responsible for assigned clerical functions including verbal communication with visitors, Residents and other Team Members in person and by phone.

Wage:
- From $18.00 /hr + based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Models exemplary customer service and the MORE values towards Team Members and Residents.
- Creates a positive, encouraging, and educational environment for Team Members.
- Ensures consistency among Supportive Living Communities in all operations, policies and procedures.
- Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate Team Member or departments.
- Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate Team Members are unavailable.
- Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate Team Members.
- Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required.
- Provides assistance with Resident appointments, which may vary depending on the building (i.e. beauty shop, physician, transportation to appointment, etc.).
- Receives, sorts, routes and forwards mail and deliveries.
- Maintains business machines.
- Creates, prints and mails memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary.
- Answers alarms as quickly as possible, summons assistance, or assists as appropriate.
- Monitors entrance and elevators for potential elopements.
- Maintains monies and documentation for cash box and Resident funds, may vary depending on the building.
- Completes admission and discharge notifications.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED OR
- 1-3 months related experience or training
Hours:
- FT/PT 8:00AM-4:30PM
