We are looking for you – dynamic, best-in-class talent, with a passion for all things media – to launch your career as a Lead Data Analyst on our Operations Team. A Lead Data Analyst should have a strong technical background in data analysis and leadership skills to manage a team effectively. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do & How You’ll Learn:
- Work with data engineers and data scientists to ensure that data is stored in a way that can be easily analyzed
- Design and implement data analysis processes and develop data models
- Use statistical analysis and data visualization tools to identify patterns, trends, and relationships in the data
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate insights that can be used to make data-driven decisions
- Create reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
- Use data visualization tools to create interactive reports that allow stakeholders to explore the data further
- Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Keep up to date with new tools and technologies to improve skills and stay ahead of emerging trends in the industry
Desired Skills & Experience
About You:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data mining, business intelligence, data modeling, or similar
- Experience in leading a team or managing data warehouse projects
- Experience with 3rd party data providers, DSPs, SSPs is a plus
- Programmatic, Digital or Media Operations experience desired (we welcome candidates from across agency, client and supply side)
- Working knowledge of the media advertising ecosystem is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Strong skills in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools
- Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data architecture concepts
- Experience with AWS, Snowflake, Database platforms
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms a plus
- Knowledge of machine learning and statistical analysis concepts a plus
- Familiarity with software development concepts and agile methodologies
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills to lead and motivate a team of data analysts and engineers
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to solve complex data-related problems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and interpretation
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities and requirements

We also offer a competitive Total Compensation package, including a competitive salary and eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award or a relevant incentive award.
The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
