Lead Design Engineer
Thousand Oaks, CA
Contract Position
$35.00-$70.00/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for engineering assignments requiring a wide application of advanced principles, theories and concepts, design, and development.
- Fully dimensioned with GD&T verified to meet functional manufacturability requirements.
- Engineering drawings and specifications for components.
- Design change and drawing revisions.
- Technical support, change orders, improve products or reliability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
- Professional 3D CAD, (CREO Parametric and Windchill PLM preferred).
- Familiar with aerospace material, and treatments.
- Design parts, tooling, and test fixtures.
- Working resolution of production nonconformance.
- 3D CAD large model management, CREO Parametric, and Windchill PLM.
- Design parts and components for additive manufacturing.
- Occasional local and domestic travel as needed.
