Title: Lead Digital Project Manager
Department/Discipline: Project Managment
Company/Location: Propeller
Lead Digital Project Managers will have a hands-on leadership role within our Project Management department. They are responsible for leading, assisting, and supporting our pharma/medical device business teams in shepherding digital projects assigned to them, from start through completion. They will handle daily project management responsibilities and tasks to keep their assigned business unit running smoothly. They may also have direct reports, offering guidance and mentorship to more junior Project Managers.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with project management leadership to establish pipelines, create timelines, route projects, and assist the Account and Digital Production team as needed
- Oversee people management activities including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, weekly check-ins, goal setting, performance activities, and evaluations
- Provide mentorship and career development for assigned project managers, positioning team members to take on new opportunities and growth
- Identification of process gaps and production needs; creating best practice documentation and implementing these best practices within the business unit
Project Management Responsibilities:
- Guide, mentor, and direct project management team members to ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and guidelines
- Motivate team members to meet project goals by effectively carrying out their responsibilities
- Collaborate with department leaders to standardize project management processes, create process documentation, and utilize software tools to optimize processes
- Develop, implement, and manage project plans; facilitate execution of digital projects cross-department- routing, file management and timeline management.
- Lead communication of project status and prioritization to teams on a regular basis
- Update and distribute internal and external status/timeline sheets
- Set up projects and assist in the preparation of submissions for Medical/Legal/Regulatory Review within clients’ respective systems
- Manage routing of assigned projects cross-department- Writing, Design, Video,
- Development, and other internal departments
- Manage external routing to 3rd party media partners
The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
