Salary Range: $104,187 – $134,830

Location: Ada, MI

*Note: This position is a hybrid remote/office role, and you must be able to report in-person to Ada on Tuesdays and Wednesdays as part of our collaboration days*

How you would contribute to the role:

Working with Talent Management resources and the global project core team, you will act as a global project manager, leading the team to develop and implement market tailored strategies, driving the agenda, and delivering outputs that move the needle around inclusion at Amway. In this role you will be tasked to build diversity, equity , and inclusion capabilities at all levels in the organization, in every global market. You will conduct external research to lead best practices, identify internal gaps, build upon internal networks, and deliver action-oriented practices that influence mindsets and behaviors toward inclusion of all people. Acting as an advisor on all issues related to diversity and inclusion, you will be highly visible at every level in the organization, helping leaders build actionable practices and strategies to advance a high performing culture. This role will benefit from analytical skillsets to establish KPI’s, dashboards, and other measurements that help us understand our journey to be more effective and inclusive. As a leader and change agent in diversity, equity and inclusion, you will be known as a champion and advocate for all employees to become the best they can be, fostering the environment that allows them to build upon their capabilities.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 – 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, leadership or project management functions, guiding global programs.
  • Demonstrated background supporting diversity, equity & inclusion advancement
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related discipline

Skills to be successful in the role:

  • Experience in program and/or project management that has delivered results
  • Ability to think strategically understand the broader view, to meet gaps and build upon opportunities
  • Demonstrated business acumen to communicate and influence across the organization
  • Ability to analyze and offer insights on workforce trends offering solutions to address needs
  • Ability to work in a global matrix environment, effectively prioritize and lead complex projects

Working with a global project team, human resource partners, and reporting to our Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, you will help guide our corporate culture by building capabilities for diversity, equity, and inclusion with project teams around the globe. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
