Job Title: Community Supported Living Manager- Allegheny County
We are looking for an expert in providing guidance and supervision to a strong team of direct support professionals and community living specialists. Make a difference in leading and managing community supported living houses in the Allegheny/Westmoreland county areas!

Minimum requirements:
- Equivalent of a Bachelors Degree with 4+ years of related experience providing direct care support and supervision for persons with disabilities, valid driver’s license and properly insured vehicle. Satisfactory ACT 33/34 as well as FBI clearances required. Must have a smart device.
Salary/rate:
$27.50/hr
Location: This position is primarily based in our main office in the South Side
Travel:
Travel throughout Allegheny County. Must be willing to provide transportation using your own personal vehicle. Mileage reimbursement provided.
Position Description
Community Supported Living Manager supervises and supports the Community Living Specialists and provides leadership and innovation in the development of Person Centered Plans that are meaningful and support personal growth for each Person. Ensures activities are centered around wants, interests and needs and adheres to established goals and outcomes chosen by each person and their support team.
Job Responsibilities – Highlights
- Provide leadership for Specialists to ensure that they are completing job responsibilities with a Person Centered approach.
- Ensure each person is being supported according to their Person Centered Plan, current ISP, and behavioral support plans.
- Coordinate with specialists to complete all regulatory and licensing requirements.
- Engages with staff in all positions to promote inclusion in decision making
- Receive feedback on current practices and recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as a point person for compliance and tracking of incidents and assist with any crisis that may arise.
- Demonstrates and understands the responsibilities of reporting incidents per state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability. Effective communication, organizational, interpersonal, and planning skills are essential for success in this role. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Satisfactory Act 33 and 34 clearances and FBI as required. Valid license to drive in Pennsylvania and reliable transportation is needed.
