Position Summary
We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated Lead Generation Manager, who will contribute significantly to the development of cell therapy solutions.
The primary focus of this position will be to develop, establish, and execute Cellares’ lead generation strategies. This person should have the vision and track record of success scaling the demand generation function to meet business outcomes in an ultra-high growth environment. The goal for this position is to anchor lead generation as a core capability of the commercialization team.

The ideal candidate is an experienced life-science lead-generation leader with a strong commitment to hard work, attention to detail and experience building compelling client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Build-out the company’s go-forward demand gen strategy and best practices
- Define, execute, and measure the integrated campaign plan to ensure effective pipeline generation activities that target the entire funnel to fuel revenue growth
- Create, oversee, execute and optimize programs and multi-touch campaigns that drive awareness, leads, pipeline, and revenue
- Own a paid media budget across paid search, paid social, and content syndication. Test and optimize channel performance to drive a healthy LTV:CAC
- Leverage data to analyze, communicate and present results of marketing campaigns and programs
- Build and manage dashboard of key metrics including campaign performance, pipeline generation, and revenue attribution
- Run experiments, track performance, and continually optimize campaigns to build and scale a highly efficient mix
- Implement creative and effective ideas for bringing new leads into the funnel through online campaigns, channel marketing, technical webcasts, non-spammy email campaigns, etc.
- Incorporate a holistic view of digital programs including SEM, organic social, syndication, nurture, display, retargeting and creation of inbound web experiences
- Inputs and maintains accurate lead information in Salesforce and updates/creates useful dashboards improving overall flow of customers through the sales funnel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience in the life sciences field
- Experience in cell and gene therapy and or CDMO experience is preferred
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Experience interacting across marketing and business development functions
- Highly accountable with ability to handle multiple projects, manage competing priorities and workflows
- Strong understanding of email marketing rules and guidelines
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Independent worker capable of managing multiple projects in parallel
- You will enjoy autonomy and white-space to create and design demand gen campaigns with your seasoned expertise
- Ability to quickly learn technical information and apply it in a fast-paced environment
Annual Salary Range: $90,000 – $210,000
Cellares total compensation package contains competitive base salaries, highly subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans, 401(k) Matching, Free EV Charging, Onsite lunches, and Stock options. All displayed pay ranges are approximate, negotiable, and location dependent.
