Job Description

Join us on our Customer Analytics team! As the Lead Marketing Analyst, you will be the go-to resource for client communications regarding expected performance for the marketing programs. You will analyze customer behavioral and demographic metrics to create segmentations, profiles, and personas for more targeted marketing strategy. You will use in-depth knowledge in quantitative database marketing and an understanding of business planning processes to develop forecasts and models for Email and Direct Mail marketing initiatives. This is a remote position, reporting to Senior Manager, Audience Analytics.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform analytics tasks, including:
  • Data Analysis, Querying, and Data Mining
  • Market Campaign/Test Analysis & Measurement
  • Forecast and modeling using statistical methodology and client business rules
  • Help determine quantitative methods for solving client issues
  • Help present ideas and findings to future and existing clients
  • Evaluation and improvement of internal tools and processes
  • Anticipate project risk and constraints and work on solutions to address the risk/constraints
  • Could blend into MI or Data Scientist responsibilities
  • Explain/present forecast and model results to clients
  • Summarize key findings/insights; Make applicable recommendations; and develop new analytical solutions to solve challenging business problems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) or equivalent in statistics, math, economics or related scientific/quantitative field
  • 5+ years of experience in quantitative marketing arena, in database marketing
  • 2+ years experience in marketing campaign test analysis and measurement with DM and email campaigns
  • Experience with SQL and Tableau required
  • Experience working within a GCP (Google Cloud Platform) environment
  • Have core database marketing knowledge such as understanding of client data, relational database concepts, and direct marketing concepts
  • Experiences with applying statistical techniques such as regression, ANOVA, cluster analysis, factor analysis, time series forecasting, experimental and design, etc. to solve business problems
  • Have core analytical competencies such as ability to create an analytical problem; QC data and results

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000-$126,500. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
