WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Observe the business operation and become familiar with the business and its environment.
- Engage in effective and efficient work processes to contribute to the achievement of Company business objectives.
- Assist with brand marketing analytics projects and complete routine work assignments as directed by manager.
- Effectively interact with internal business partners and external agency partners (digital marketing, strategic business unit partners).
- Assist in various tasks to support digital marketing analytics. Duties may include:
- Monitoring daily digital media campaign performance and landing page/site traffic to identify trends, anomalies, concerns, or insights for follow-up, etc.
- Assisting with the QA of new campaign set ups.
- Running data exports from various platforms and merging data into combined datasets and reports.
- Analyzing performance data and metrics to help answer questions and identify opportunities.
- Engage with digital marketing agency to support the assessment, optimization, and growth of digital marketing campaigns in various media platforms.
- Perform above functions to support Brand Digital Marketing; Wild Kingdom and Talent Acquisition projects.
ABOUT YOU:
- Knowledge of and ability to use various business software applications including Microsoft Office – specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Some exposure to or knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads Manager.
- Analytical ability to analyze data and identify insights (with management assistance and oversight).
- Currently enrolled in a school with aspirations of graduating with degree relevant to marketing and advertising measurement and analytics.
- Critical thinking, skills in verbal and written communication and human relations and attention to detail.
- You help promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the department and the larger organization. You value different ideas and opinions. You listen courageously and remain curious in all that you do.
- You are able to work remotely and have access to high-speed internet.
- Must be located in United States or Puerto Rico.
