What you’ll do
DocuSign is seeking an experienced Lead Technical Product Manager to join our team in Collaboration and Digital Workplace. You will oversee global operations and services related to workplace technologies and spaces. Your primary objective is to ensure an exceptional workplace experience across multiple global locations, including managing collaboration spaces, workplace utilization, digital signage, employee self-service portals, and other workplace technologies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders, from executives to knowledge workers. Adaptability and the ability to bring order to uncertainty are essential qualities for success in this fast-paced, evolving environment.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Technical Lead Manager of Collaboration and Contact Center Engineering.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for Workplace technology and communicate product requirements to cross-functional teams
- Manage and support workplace technology systems, including AV systems, for daily operations
- Collaborate with service contractors to develop technology transformation roadmaps and explore innovative solutions
- Serve as an expert in online meeting and collaboration tools, offering cross-functional team training
- Design and facilitate diverse event solutions, handling troubleshooting, production, vendor management, and support.
- Establish workplace standards and dependencies in partnership with Network, Global Infrastructure, and Operations teams
- Lead DocuSign’s intranet and digital workplace platform products
- Partner with business owners to identify needs and create an engaging digital workplace solution through design workshops
- Drive key initiatives for digital employee experience, coordinate multiple scrum teams, and manage the product development lifecycle
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field; or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of experience in Workplace operations, architect or design, vendor(s) management, and technology integration, with hands-on technology deployment
- 5+ years of product and program management experience handling products as a service in an agile environment
- Experience with collaboration platforms like Zoom, Google Hangouts, and Microsoft Teams, with experience designing and architecting Zoom Rooms
- Experience with employee-facing digital products, including networking (e.g., ISPs, wireless, security), collaboration endpoints (e.g., IP phones, audiovisual systems, control panels), structured cabling, workplace utilization or space platform (e.g., Officespace, WeWork Workplace), and security measures
Preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure of a broad range of areas
- Proficient written and presentation skills for high-visibility storytelling, both internally and externally, consolidating inputs from multiple stakeholders
- Cross-functional leadership skills, fostering collaboration and working towards common goals
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and the ability to translate user needs into product requirements and features
- Proven expertise in deploying large employee communication platforms or similar collaboration technologies, preferably in tech companies
- Broad architectural vision and design thinking skills with a focus on employee experience and scalability
- Track record of successfully delivering high-impact, cross-functional projects with exceptional collaboration and influencing abilities
- Proficiency in using data to derive insights, propose creative solutions, and optimize processes
- Ability to think and act strategically and tactically, translating important initiatives into detailed execution plans
- Highly organized and skilled in roadmap and planning processes; familiar with scrum practices and backlog management from portfolio planning sessions
- Product Management and Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certifications
- Proficiency in comprehending CAD drawings, line drawings, signal flow, and audiovisual (AV) concepts
Wage Transparency
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $118,300 – $182,775 base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $111,600 – $162,625 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
