The DPE team is looking for a rock star Product Manager to deliver the next generation of Data, Insights and Analytic experiences. Your day-to-day:

  • Drive product strategy and direction for PayPal’s Developer Data & Analytics platform
  • Drive the ideation, planning, development and launch of the Developer Data & Analytics platform
  • Drive product requirements definition, product planning and data insights of new features
  • Deliver customer simplicity and ease of use to complex analytics products for users of all skill sets working closely with designers and engineers
  • Lead efforts on end user training, product testing, and rollout
  • Be the evangelist for communicating product benefits and drive adoption across the company and within PayPal’s developer community.
  • Foster a data-driven culture that facilitates collaboration and accelerates innovation

What you need to bring:

  • Leadership and subject matter expertise in Product Management; you have spent 5-7+ years building world-class developer products
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) methodologies preferred
  • 5-7+ Years of domain expertise with data platforms, analytics, and data insights
  • Well versed in any of the following: DORA, SPACE, and Developer Productivity frameworks
  • Strong community perspective that can help shape and evolve the internal PayPal developer experience to be a destination for talented developers
