Your day-to-day:
- Drive product strategy and direction for PayPal’s Developer Data & Analytics platform
- Drive the ideation, planning, development and launch of the Developer Data & Analytics platform
- Drive product requirements definition, product planning and data insights of new features
- Deliver customer simplicity and ease of use to complex analytics products for users of all skill sets working closely with designers and engineers
- Lead efforts on end user training, product testing, and rollout
- Be the evangelist for communicating product benefits and drive adoption across the company and within PayPal’s developer community.
- Foster a data-driven culture that facilitates collaboration and accelerates innovation
What you need to bring:
- Leadership and subject matter expertise in Product Management; you have spent 5-7+ years building world-class developer products
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) methodologies preferred
- 5-7+ Years of domain expertise with data platforms, analytics, and data insights
- Well versed in any of the following: DORA, SPACE, and Developer Productivity frameworks
- Strong community perspective that can help shape and evolve the internal PayPal developer experience to be a destination for talented developers
