Job Description:
Responsible for developing and improving reports, automation, processes, infrastructure, analyses, and strategies. Advises business partners on understanding and mitigating the inherent risk throughout their respective business processes. Partners with the business to improve the risk environment by ensuring awareness of key risks through management reporting and risk governance. Mentors new hires and provides practical coaching for hands-on projects. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. Responsibilities
- Develops scorecards, dashboards, and other reports that provide timely and automated information specific to Business Unit Testing and Monitoring results.
- Partners with the business to identify requirements and deliver enhancements. Develops reports for business partners and leadership.
- Manages technical project prioritization and management. Leads projects that enhance analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Ensures compliance with all risk reporting procedures, standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assists with documenting achievements and accomplishments for project teams.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Math, Engineering, Business
- 4+ years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, Project Management, Financial Industry
- In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, Project Management, Financial Industry
Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we’d also look for:
- Master’s Degree in Information Management, Math, Engineering, Business
- 6+ years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, Project Management, Financial Industry
Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $74,000.00 to $124,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
