Shift Lead Sack Plant
Starting at $23.00 – $25.00 per hour, Depending on Qualifications and Experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Leads Sack Plant personnel.
- Completes daily production reports.
- Maintains and checks accuracy of raw material inventories.
- Trains employees for required Sack Plant work.
- Monitors employee safety.
- Records and informs supervisor of all maintenance issues.
- Inspects all plant machinery for proper operation.
- Fills in forklift duties.
- Attends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth the company as well as other regulatory agencies; ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
- Predicable and regular attendance is required.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Requires basic math and reading skills.
- On the job training experience is required to be able to perform duties.
- Ability to operate a forklift and any other equipment required to perform duties.
- Working knowledge of sack and associated products is required.
- Predictable and regular attendance is required.
