What you’ll be doing?
As a lead software full stack developer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, developing, implementing, testing, and deploying solutions for our clients. You should have a solution-focused mindset and the ability to collaborate as a team with technical and other practice leaders while also contributing independently. A lead software engineer participates in estimating projects and oversees the entire software development lifecycle from design all the way to testing. In some cases, they may instead be responsible for managing particular stages of the process. In any case, lead software engineers have extensive coding and programming knowledge as well as software development experience.
The Fresh Consulting software practice makes use of Agile to provide a consistent process across the various projects we are engaged in. Our portfolio of projects includes — websites, web applications, automation, IoT, healthcare, government, financial, education, port management, and more.
We want you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience developing software solutions
- 2+ years of experience leading software teams
- 5+ years of experience developing in .NET/C#
- 3+ years of experience developing in NodeJS
- 2+ years of experience developing with TypeScript
- 2+ years of experience developing in React and/or Angular
- 2+ years of experience developing for Azure, AWS and/or GCP
It would be a bonus if you had:
- Experience working on Agile projects
- Experience in Healthcare, Finance Government and/or Education
- Experience in developing IoT solutions
- Experience with Cloud Native solutions
- Experience with Serverless, Containers, Caching, Event Driven Architectures
- Experience with JIRA, DevOps and/or Wrike
- Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries and frameworks
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3
- Proven experience in testing and QA
- Superb interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills

For Washington-State based role, the base salary hiring range for this position is to $145k – $175k. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
