Lead System Administrator

Job Description:
- Configure, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot Redhat/Centos Linux systems
- Experience deploying infrastructure through automation
- Familiarity with implementing and maintaining security controls in compliance with DoD security frameworks
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), agile system development, and DevSecOps tools and processes Security administration experience in support of RMF requirements
- Experience in Linux automation using Kickstart, Podman and Ansible
- Experience in Creating and using Containers in a LINUX and Windows Environment
- Experience customizing/optimizing/trouble shooting enterprise level applications.
- Demonstrated knowledge RMF and cybersecurity requirements.
- Ability to integrate RMF principles into ground-up builds.
- Experience with continuous integration, build management, and/or automated test frameworks.
- Experience with testing applications such as Jenkins, Jira, and Bitbucket
- Experience in using and creating LDAP for Windows and LINUX IDM
- Work must be accomplished onsite.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of relevant experience OR
- Master’s Degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- DOD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification
- Top Secret Clearance with SCI and CI Poly
Preferred Additional Skills:
- DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level 3 certification (e.g., CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH).
- Current Linux Certifications such as:
- RedHat Certification (RHCSA or RHCE)
- CompTIA Linux+
- LPIC (any level)
- SANS GCUX
- Working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST 800-53 SP families of controls, and specifically the Certificate to Field (CtF)/Change Control Board (CCB) accreditation processes.
- Experience in the use of IT tools for managing and troubleshooting complex computer networks.
- Previous experience supporting DoD & IC Government customers.
- Experience with continuous integration, build management, and/or automated test frameworks.
- Hardware/software requirement verification/system validation experience
- Demonstrated ability to work and grow in a dynamic, fast paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience with Virtualization (KVM), Backup Technologies such as NAS, SAN, iSCSI, SAS
- Experience supporting DoD/government customers.
- Experience integrating and administering cross-domain systems.
- Experience with microservices, containers (i.e., docker)
