Lead Technical Solutions Architect

Job Description

The Lead Technical Solution Architect is responsible for the roadmap, design, strategy and implementation of core, foundational and reusable technology solutions, and capabilities to support the organization’s digital transformation initiatives. The Lead Technical Solution Architect role will align with our business operating segment Digital IT – Architecture Experience Digital Platform Services (AEDPS). The incumbent will work with cross-functional teams across the organization to create and maintain the technology roadmap, establish architectural standards and principles, and lead the design and implementation of scalable and resilient solutions.

The ideal candidate must have an in-depth understanding of architectural patterns, principles, and frameworks, and be well-versed in key technology platforms, infrastructure, database, security, legal compliance rules, and software platforms. The Technical Solution Architect will provide technical leadership and influence strategic decision-making in support of the Sherwin Architecture practice which in turn supports and enables business goals.

This position requires an individual who is highly motivated and committed to providing exceptional technical solutions, architecture, and collaboration. This role requires someone who is passionate about technology and has a track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
