Additional Information About the Role

BJC Healthcare is seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to create on-line learning and virtual/hybrid learning material within the BJC Healthcare System.

Ideal candidates should be tech savvy and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) systems including Saba is preferred.

Remote Opportunity, should reside in the Greater St. Louis area.

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Partners with Sr. Learning and Development Consultants to: design, implement and deliver learning programs/projects; tailor and deliver standard core curriculum; evaluate the impact of training programs to ensure achievement of learning objectives at individual or team level revising programs as needed; develops and creates learning materials to support the design and objectives of a learning or training curriculum; and manages BJC LMS system requirements for talent and performance management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with Senior Learning and Development Consultants to design, implement and deliver BILD and client programs/projects to ensure successful achievement of objectives within agreed upon timelines.
  • Tailors and delivers standard core training/learning curriculum tailored to meet individual learning and team objectives as appropriate.
  • Develops facilitator, participant and other learning materials to support the objectives of a training, program or project.
  • Manages BJC LMS technical and system requirements for Performance Management and Talent Management processes.
