Learning & Development Generalist Responsibilities:
- Administer and recommend training and development opportunities that will improve employee’s performance and help to achieve career progression
- Recommend process improvements for area of responsibility
- Assist in the investigation, design, creation and revision of employee development projects as requested
- Provide ongoing assistance to users of employee development programs; develop and deliver user training and any relevant communication pieces regarding the programs
- Understand developing trends in the training and development industry, and share with their team and others in Human Resources
- Collaborate with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership
- Administer and update the LMS
- Create engaging and informative courses for corporate employees
Learning & Development Generalist Requirements:
- 5+ years of L&D or Training experience
- Experience working in a corporate setting
- Experience using LMS or E-learning tools (Cornerstone)
- Experience with SharePoint, Learning Management Systems and instructional design software preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Personable, organized and detail-oriented
