A Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator job in Mahwah, NJ is currently accepting applications. This is a contract position with our key client. In this role, you will be responsible helps design, streamline, deliver, and track internal and external training curricula, whether geared towards new or existing resources. They are the subject matter expert on all things related to online learning, interaction and delivery technology, including testing and loading of learning assets and curriculums, design and generation of learning reports and flawless troubleshooting of technical and configuration issues for both desktop and mobile devices. To be considered for this role, you will have a B.S. Degree along with 3+ years of related LMS experience.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator Job Responsibilities:
• Contribute to internal customer satisfaction by exemplifying Mindray values in partner, vendor and customer relationships.
• Support LMS system activities including – functionality and data validation, content/data migration, and serves as a liaison between stakeholder community and Learning and Development department.
• Manage and administer all facets of the LMS Learning module including but not limited to user profiles, curricula assignments, items, scheduled offerings, SOP updates, exams, assignment profiles, catalogs, surveys, and advanced administrator functionality.
• Perform quality assurance reviews, working with vendors for module testing and feedback as well as testing new technology interactions.
• Provide Help Desk and HR support for escalations- coordinating troubleshooting teams; communicating maintenance schedules to key customers and communicating daily run interference accordingly.
• Schedules and creates learning events (classes and sessions) based on customer requirements in the customer”s LMS alongside entering attendance data and enter external event data into the LMS
• Achieves established process agreement (SOP) metrics and establishes 99.9% accuracy rate for all administrative tasks
Ensure customer adherence to Learning and Development/Training policies including essentials of corporate design, enforcing material lifecycle, and system reporting. Media content and eLearning
Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator Job Requirements:
• Bachelor”s degree in business or related field
• 3+ years of LMS or management systems technology experience. Experience in SuccessFactors preferred.
• Must have familiarity with SCORM and/or AICC standards
• Able to simplify complex technical ideas
• Able to work in fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong customer service skills.
• Appropriate time management skills, demonstrates resourcefulness with technology, and demonstrates sound problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Learning and Development, HR or Training administration a plus
• Facilitation and/or platform skills a plus.
